PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Journey Salon + Spa

 

There’s something special about seeing a vision come to life — and Journey Salon + Spa in Mukwonago was such a fun one for our team to be part of.

 

Designed from the ground up, the new 3,550-square-foot Journey Salon + Spa gave our team the opportunity to thoughtfully shape the entire experience—from the architecture and exterior presence to the flow and function of the interior. Working alongside the Journey team, we created a salon and spa that feels every bit as beautiful as it is functional. From the welcoming reception and retail area to the salon, manicure + pedicure spaces, private treatment rooms, and behind-the-scenes staff areas, every detail was considered around how the space would look, feel, and function each day.

 

And that palette! Rich emerald green, black + touches of gold bring so much personality to the space and beautifully reflect the Journey brand. The exterior design carries the same thoughtful approach, using contrasting light and dark façade materials, rhythmic glazing, and carefully placed lighting to create a strong visual identity. The vaulted entry vestibule introduces a sense of arrival and continues into the main salon, reinforcing the connection between the exterior architecture and interior experience.
