Cold temps didn’t slow down the groundbreaking for Ope! Brewing Co.’s newest destination in Appleton. The new 23,000 SF facility is taking shape at the former Car City dealership at 1932 W. College Ave.
Spanning four buildings, this second location will feature two taprooms, sand volleyball courts, outdoor pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor stages for live music, designated food truck areas, and a pilot brewhouse for developing new beers—along with new equipment dedicated to cider production. Both taprooms will include a total of 12 roll-up garage doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience on warmer days. Just like the West Allis location, every space will be dog-friendly.
