Progress is taking form at Evin at Oconomowoc

From this aerial perspective, the architectural framework is beginning to read clearly—structure, massing, and site relationships coming together to define the overall composition. What was once lines on paper is now establishing a physical presence within the landscape.

Each phase of construction brings greater clarity to how the building will function, feel, and serve its residents—shaping a place grounded in purpose, connection, and longevity.

We’re energized by the momentum and excited to see this vision continue to rise.

Designing the Future of Senior Living — Together

Senior living communities carry enormous responsibility. The spaces you create shape how residents feel, how staff deliver care, and how families make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Design plays a bigger role in that experience than many realize.

At Thrive Architects, we’ve spent more than a decade partnering with senior living organizations to create environments that support daily life with dignity, clarity, and intention. Across more than thirty communities, we’ve learned that thoughtful planning early on can make a lasting difference for both operations and experience.

If you’ll be attending the WALA Conference February 25–27, 2026, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect in person. Stop by Booth 303 to meet our team and start a conversation about what you’re building — and how design can help you achieve it.
