At Thrive Architects, we tend to be selective with the custom homes that we commission. But this one of kind modern home design lends itself to be one of our project spotlights. Set in a pristine wooded lot overlooking a 2,000 acre lake in Wisconsin, this modern home boasts a rooftop indoor garden which sits over the 3.5 car garage and consists of an open concept modern interior with impressive views of the lake. While many high-end homes use the bigger is better mindset, this home was designed around the idea of being the “perfect size” and feels much larger than it is. Functionality of spatial relationships to the exterior and a layout that balances an open well connected common space along with privacy for the more intimate spaces makes this house total perfection.
