PROJECT IN PROGRESS: Castle Senior Living - New Berlin, WI



The Grand Hills Castle is currently a CBRF with Assisted Living apartments and Memory Care suites. This large addition will include a 55 unit senior residential care apartment complex, along with an adult daycare service. This state-of-the-art community offers up-scale services within a home-like setting; nestled in a beautiful wooded residential setting. Project is scheduled to be completed by Winter of 2024. Food Truck Park Planned in West Allis

Recently we have been working with the owners of Michael's Family Restaurant in West Allis to develop a food truck park. 

If approved the project will be located on a neighboring parcel of land to the west of their current restaurant. More design details to come.....

Say Hello To Nathan!

Welcome our newest Associate Architect - Nathan Hirt.

Nathan is a UW Milwaukee graduate with Bachelor of Science in Architecture who also has obtained a Real Estate Certificate.

He has recently been working as a Architect Associate gaining experience in construction and design development. 


In Nathan’s spare time you can find him at the gym, working on a DIY project, video gaming and spending time with friends and family.

Welcoming Jeff Stowe to the Organization

We are excited to welcome another licensed and very experienced Architect to the team! Jeff Stowe is joining our firm as an Associate Principal and will be working in the Madison, Wisconsin market. Jeff will continue to work with his current clients and support our team while we branch out in the Madison market to foster and kindle (or rekindle) relationships.

Does that mean Thrive Architects might open a Madison office in the near future? Yes, with Jeff coming on board that is now a reality. We hope to plan for future growth in Madison and will look for opportunities to invest in the community.
Thrive is a small firm with office locations in Waukesha and Appleton. We currently have a staff of 9, of which 4 are licensed Architects.

Holiday Party

Holiday party competition at Chef Pams Kitchen! We chopped Orange Hat Publishing by 1 point in the cooking competition at our company Holiday party. 9 secret ingredients plus a protein are revealed and you have roughly an hour to prepare entrée, appetizer and dessert for a judged family style dinner.
